The Trifecta Lift
Our signature Trifecta Lift is an advanced combination procedure designed to rejuvenate the lower eyelid and midface. It brings together three complementary treatments: lower eyelid surgery, facial fat transfer, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. All carried out under Local Anaesthetic.
We use a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (no visible external incision), combined with macro- and nanofat grafting via the Tulip system, and CO2 laser resurfacing for skin refinement.
All surgical procedures at Cosmetic Surgery of the Royal Liver Building are currently performed under local anaesthetic within our CQC-registered facilities.
